Biography
Zainab, the eldest of the four daugthers, was married to one Abul-'As ibn er-Rabi' of Makkah. This man fought against the Prophet in the battle of Badr, and was captured by the Muslims. To ransom his freedom, his wife sent to the Prophet, a necklace which at one time had belonged to Khadija, and she had given it to her as a present on her marriage. Abul-'As was set free; he returned to Makkah, and sent Zainab to Medina as he had promised to do. Zainab, however, died soon after her arrival in Medina. Later, Abul-'As also went to Medina, accepted Islam, and lived with the Muslims.\r\n
\r\nZaynab (R) was the first daughter of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) and Khadeejah (R). Prophet Muhammad (SAW) married Khadeejah (R) when he was 25 years old and Khadeejah was 40. They have 6 kids.4 girls and 2 boys.\r\n
\r\nZaynab’s full name was Zaynab bint Muhammad b 'Abdullah b 'Abdul Muttalib b Hashim b 'Abdul Munaf b Qusayy b Kilab b Murrah. Zaynab married Abul Aas Bin Rabi.\r\n
\r\nZaynab (R) was born when the prophet was 30.When Zaynab was 10 years old Muhammad (SAW) became the prophet. Because Muhammad (SAW) became a prophet when he was 40.\r\n
\r\nZaynab (R) had 2 children.1 boy and1 girl. The boy was Ali bint Abul Aas Bin Rabi and the girl was Sayyidah Umamah. Ali died when he was a little boy. Umamah was bigger than Ali. The prophet loved her so much that when he was praying he put Umamah on his shoulder!!!!\r\n
\r\nZaynab (R) was born 25 years before Hijra. And died 8 years after Hijra. Which means she was about 33 years old when she died.\r\n
